In today’s blog post, we are going to discuss the steps in crafting an offer. The most important part of the home Buying process is crafting your offer. Being prepared for this process and well informed can help ensure that the dream home you find will be yours. In today’s blog post, we are going to discuss tips on photographing your home to sell. An online listing is almost always the first time a buyer is exposed to your home. It can have a dramatic effect on whether or not they are interested in viewing your home. Make sure that your home attracts buyers by capturing the best photos you can. Although hiring a professional can help ensure that you have the best quality images, there are some simple ways that you can make your photos look less amateur. Follow these great photography tips to have your Mason City IA looking its very best in all your online images!

 

Use a Tripod.

Always use a tripod for your photos. A tripod helps ensure that your photos are never crooked (which can be jarring) by keeping the camera straight and helps keep the image sharp and reduces bluriness by eliminating camera shake.

Date: Saturday, March 17th

Time: 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Location: Downtown Mason City (Main Street)

Explore your favorite downtown Mason spots, including 1910 Lounge, The Good Life, Lorados, Mason City Brewing, Quarry, Ransoms, Sportsman, and more. Each spot will have great drink specials for you to enjoy. Pick up your bar hop map and Shamrock pass for $8 per person or $15 for a pair.

 

🍀Sham-Rockin' & Rollin' with The Mockingbirds 🍀

Date: Saturday, March 17th

Time: 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm | Doors open at 6:30 pm

Location: Clear Lake Arts Center (17 South 4th Street, Clear Lake)

Rock the evening away at Clear Lake Arts Center with The Mockingbirds. Along with great live music, enjoy wine, beer, and appetizers. Tickets cost $10 in advance and $12 at the door.

 

🍀St. Patrick’s Day with B&G 🍀

Date: Saturday, March 17th

Time: 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Location: Fat Hill Brewing (17 North Federal Avenue, Mason City)

After discovering his Irish heritage, Tom from Fat Hill Brewing wants to celebrate the holiday with all of you. Join him and the rest of his crew for an evening of festive fun! This event is open to those 21 and older.

 

🍀Irish Stew Dinner 🍀

Date: Sunday, March 18th

Time: 11:00 am - 2:00 pm

Location: St. Patrick's Catholic Church (1001 9th Avenue South, Clear Lake)

Fill your bellies with an AYCE Irish Stew dinner! Finish the meal with a delicious slice of homemade pie in a variety of flavors! Tickets are available in advance or at the door. You can also enjoy the meal at home with carryouts. This annual dinner is organized by St. Patrick's Knights of Columbus.  All money raised from the event help support many great local organizations.
