Tim is a Realtor Associate with Jane Fischer & Associates and has lived in the Mason City – Clear Lake area for over 30 years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Physical Education from Luther College. He spent many years as a probation officer, a position that demands a unique balance of assistance, guidance, monitoring, and empathy. There, he sharpened his listening and observational skills while teaching others the value of accountability and follow through. Tim then launched a highly successful sales career, selling cars and is currently Mason City Motors. He believes his gifts for listening and follow through are the most important traits in sales. Tim is eager to provide those same skills to buyers and sellers and he will work tirelessly for his clients to find the best option for them.
