Andi Hughes

Andi is the Administrative Coordinator and a Realtor Associate for Jane Fischer and Associates playing a crucial role with both our team and clients throughout the entire home buying process. Her ability to coordinate and problem-solve combined with her cheerful personality make her a perfect fit for this position. Andi graduated from Luther College with a degree in Science Education and brings a wealth of experience to our team. In addition to time in the education field, she spent several years effectively providing administrative and facility support to several large companies, working in the family business, and managing her own business. A Wisconsin native, Andi has lived in North Iowa for the last 17 years and enjoys all this area has to offer. Outside the office, Andi enjoys spending time on Clear Lake, completing home improvement/DIY projects, exercising, and quality time with her family and dog. Andi believes top-notch service and support is essential to helping our clients find the home of their dreams.
