Four Winds

The Four Winds subdivision is located in the northwest part of Clear Lake. The most unique difference about this subdivision is the lot sizes which are an acre +. If you are looking for elbow room here it is. The homes were constructed in the late 1970s to the early 1990s. You will find single and two stories along with a split and multi-level style of homes. The prices range from $200,000 to the mid $400,000 depending on the size and upgrades.

Stone Cliff

Stone Cliff is a newer development where you will find a few twin homes, two-story single-family homes, and several ranch style with two and three stall garages. The homes have nice upgrades of granite countertops and fireplaces; there are still lots available that will run in the $70,000 range. The subdivision is close to State Park.

The Groves

One of the newest developments to Clear Lake is the Groves. which is located in the north-central part of town. Lots are available in the $40,000 to $45,000 price range convenient with a great convenient location.

Venetian Village

The development is located near the Lake and offers homes built along a pond and canal. You will find a mixture of twin homes and two-story single-family homes, there is an HOA with covenants for this subdivision. The home prices vary from mid $200,000’s to just under $800,000 depending on water frontage size and upgrades.

Pine Brooke

Pine Brooke is centrally located close to Fareway grocery store and the Other Place restaurant. Over 90% of these homes were constructed by Joshua Inc starting in 2006. You will find a split level, two stories, a ranch, and a handful of twin homes. You will be able to buy under $300,000 in this development which has quite a few younger families in a neighbor-friendly area.
