Grafton Iowa Real Estate

Grafton is a city with a population of just under 300 people located approximately 30 minutes northeast of Mason City.

While Grafton may be small, it has a lot to offer. This includes a grocery store, restaurant, bank, salon, auto repair and more.

They city also has a modern community center where city activities can take place.  During the summer the park is a great place to take a book from the public library in town.  The park has playground equipment plus a wading pool for the kids.  For the adults there is a lighted softball diamond and sand volleyball court.

If you like history, this city that was established in 1878 has a depot that has been turned into a museum and is on the National Registry of Historic Places.

Grafton is part of the St. Ansgar school district.  The preschool through 12th grade program has all of its buildings located in St. Ansgar.
