Manly Iowa Real Estate

Manly Iowa Real Estate

Manly Iowa is located about 10 miles north of Mason City at the junction of highway 65 and highway 9. This city of approximately 1,300 people was founded in the late 1800s thanks in part to the railroad that goes through town.

The railroad still plays an important function in Manly as one of the main employers is the Manly Terminal that is just north of town.  While this terminal manages a bunch of different items, you will usually see it full of wind turbine blades, heads and towers as it is a main shipping location for all the wind farms in the region.
