Meservey IA Real Estate

Meservey Iowa is located about 30 miles southwest of Mason City in North Iowa. The city was founded in 1886 after a railroad line was built through the city.  The name came from the Meservey Brothers who were employees of the railroad.  Even though Merservey is a small town with a population around 250 people, the western portion of the town was called Kausville.  Legally this area is still known as the Kausville Addition.

Meservey has its own library allowing residents to check out books and movies or use the libraries free wifi.
